When we meet other people we tell them about ourselves. To get to know you, I wrote my biography. You may also get some additional details regarding my development story. But I suppose it’s not enough to break the ice between us. That’s why I have a desire to share some of my ideas of the philosophy of life.

Every person lives and thrives in the world, among other people, getting to know them and himself. We obtain pieces of advice from other people on how we should and may live to achieve great results and realize our potential. This knowledge becomes a part of our personal experience, produce our own conclusions and new knowledge which we share with others. Therefore, knowing each other and understanding of people are highly important matters for the life development of every individual.
We meet different people on our life journey, face right, and wrong. And in most cases, all depends on what we strive for and who we want to be. Psychology usually appeals to the various attitudes to life, pointing at the bees and flies for which the object of their interest is embodied in different substances. Thus, the world is diverse for them; they perceive and feel it in different ways. But it’s only a metaphor; nature highly appreciates both creatures, but a human being and his world is a more complicated thing. A person is definitely a riddle, being revealed every day by himself through his deeds. Actions speak louder than words. That’s why knowing each other comes with being acquainted of deeds we do and those things we carry out in real life – that means on the basis of a biography.

In my opinion, it’s important to know that every person has his “inner” and “outer” sides of his life. The first one reflects who and when he was among other people, how he lived and lives in a society. The second one reflects those things that were inside him all the time – how his views were changing, and what matters he came to while trying to understand the world itself, other people, and himself. These two sides create the whole unit – a person of a certain character at that time.

Every person develops these two sides for the whole life, finding new himself, permanently becoming someone else, realizing his endowed potential and developing a new one. Understanding of other people is a great life potential since it’s the most significant, if not the most exclusive, means of understanding yourself. And this self-understanding helps to comprehend the perception and self-development. It’s worth remembering at least for the fact that communication with other people should bring them the same benefit as well as you.
During his life, a person experiences a lot of developments, but not all of them influence his individuality – everyone has his own “life developments selecting instrument”. He appears while young and builds up our future. Due to this instrument, some developments affect our whole life or just its part and some just wane and disappear into thin air. We obtain more wisdom and experience through the things we gain on a life journey. This “instrument” forms the reality for every person, enabling to become somebody in a certain period of life, achieve new results and obtain new experience. I think that everyone shall perceive such an “instrument” in his soul, understand his specific peculiarities and develop it deliberately. Then, we will be our own masters on our own stove despite the rubs and worries of life.

My biography is just my development story, meeting the system of realization-motive-decision-action. Every step in it is equally important; that part that is not embodied in an action shall not be considered as realized and vice versa – the efficient action is possible to do only when having correct realization, appropriate motive and right decision. That all means that an ultimate resource for a person shall be rational thinking.

When the whole epoch was breaking down, my outlook was building up; I’m that embodiment of new changes experience. The state where I had been brought up was falling apart; the prospects and perspectives that seemed to have been really turned into ashes. I remember well I realized while being a student of the University the unfairness of poor life. I definitely understood all and took a decision and since then I have run my own business. Avoiding material narrow mindedness I revealed for myself the whole world of new opportunities which I had to master on practice. I think that every individual shall make such a decision – to assume the responsibility. And I encourage you to do the same.

In moments of its destination” – these lines, wrote by the outstanding poet are topical nowadays. The epoch breakdown shatters the old illusions and reveals the main thing which is the basis of human history. That enables to accumulate wealthy experience and form new abilities. The developments in the end of XX century allowed to realize that the world at the turn of the centuries has undergone the epoch of constant changes – the unbreakable yesterday lifestyles are done away with; thus, it’s important to be actively engaged in the building up of new society as soon as possible and find yourself there; be energetic and creative person despite the fact that the ground crumbles under our feet and change yourself, preserving permanence in key matters.

The fundamental principle of a new society is “people share knowledge with people”. The former establishments of research and knowledge transfer do not lose their power, but they are aimed at the big long-lasting industrial systems. The world still badly needs reliable infrastructure, created by joint efforts of millions of qualified specialists. From a senior engineer to a yardman, all staff must be professional. A lot of new opportunities arose for the industry employees, and the world itself has started changing its quality standards. A lot of jobs related to the hand-made and intellectual work will disappear in the nearest future. Work remains a need for a person, uniting it with other people, but its amount decreases. Robotization, artificial intelligence features, networkization – all this make a lot of jobs useless. We face the challenge for our freedom again and we have to cope with it. We can successfully deal with it only together by establishing a new space of common things.

The economy of the modern world speeds up, the network world enables to do without ever-increasing amount of mediators while communicating with people. A person reveals his new talents, gain new knowledge all the time and strive for improvement. For some people, it’s a burden, for other – a fascinating process, bright and vivid side of life.

I’m keen on the current changes and inspired by new available perspectives, I think over it a lot and quite often.

For instance, the “sharing economy” was a quite surprising phenomenon for the traditional economic systems. People capitalize on the various resources belonging to them and conduct their exchange directly – that is quite an influential future tendency. And this future has already come. For the last 20 years, the revolution in communications has become commonplace and we take it for granted. That is a show-off which prevents us from seeing and understanding the real changes and perceiving the most important things in our life.

The fast-paced growth of the online platforms of joint usage of personal things (starting from a bicycle to a house) changes not only the external form of relationships between people but also ourselves. The world tries to escape the economic model where the production activity depends on the property and achieve the model where it is depended on the access. That is indeed unprecedented time – develop yourself and you will gain access to the required sources of self-fulfillment, irrespective of your financial and social status. The confidentiality and harmony among people, a realization of their common destiny on this planet are the fundamental prerequisites of the new model existence.

The traditional property system is being changed since the acquisition of resources in sharing economy is conducted through the new ways of their usage. Psychology of possession is replaced by the psychology of their disposition for the complete satisfaction not only our own needs but the needs of other people.

This cardinally changes the model of life environment, reduces the role and importance of the mediating institutions – a firm or state. We communicate directly, face-to-face, and it brings positive results for all of us. This benefit is also received as additional profit.

Financial rationality in this appearing model keeps up with social rationality. That is a matter that will influence money itself, make it by force aimed at a human being. The sharing economy shows that the intrinsic value of money is diminishing. The value of a person, his individuality increases, together with his activity, communication with other people. And his value for a society where he can fulfill his potential also increases.

In sharing economy people become closer and more understandable to each other. And they share their knowledge, experience by forming new emotional exchanges, new kinship. This process is quite lasting and complex, but it is important to consider it as a reality of changes of our world around.

Such innovation of life environment requires the improvement of a human being paying attention to his personal psychology. First of all, it displays new opportunities – we may achieve new results despite our possession of the resources. Our abilities to analyze, work up new ways of our property usage, ability to be active and energetic are these new resources. It means that a person is interested in the development of such new abilities deliberately.

In such an environment nobody uses any coercion – all people want to be active, gain knowledge and communication skills. That’s why coaching and mentorship become quite topical matters. I’m deeply convinced that the XXI century is an age of the humane progress. And our current difficulties just emphasized the scope of our future obligatory actions.

People share knowledge, opening the door for the new opportunities for all. The lower number of mediators means not only the new opportunity but also a new challenge. We need a new level of confidence and security; we need new accountable humanism. Having borrowed my car for several hours I expect it to be returned at least in good condition and without any skeleton in the cupboard. Confidence and responsibility are those new features that the new economic environment tries to develop in people.

Being a successful businesswoman, I have gained personal experience in realization, self-motivation, and motivation of people around; I have obtained and acknowledged experience in decision-making and mastered to put them into practice. I’ve been advising my pals and random people who run their business around the world for so long now.

That is as simple as that: people see that you succeed, you share knowledge with them, they trust you, and trust and confidence lead to a situation when other people badly need your pieces of advice. I’m glad that I have helped a lot of people and I won’t stop. That is right that this activity makes me profit nowadays. At the same time, coaching and mentorship in the field of business decision-making for modern me is a means of further self-understanding and perception of the world around. Coaching and mentorship is a good way to assist people to acquire their personal experience which helps them to find themselves and do their best. Thus, we all collaborate and get to know each other.

One of the important things I found for myself is the necessity of rationality as a life basis. Only rationality makes it possible to develop; only when a situation is considered rationally, quite good solutions, strategy, and the possibility of efficient activity emerge.

Rationalism belongs to the whole world since it is a product of the development of our world civilization, all states and nations. I travel a lot so I definitely know there are no “bad” or “good” states – all have their advantages and drawbacks. All states and nations are diverse and that is indeed the most wonderful part of our life! The difference now is that one group of states succeeded in creating favorable conditions for the potential development of its diversity, and another group of states is still working upon it. Some societies try to fulfill the potential of every person, up to disabled people. Other societies try to kick some communities out of everyday public life due to the different and quite odd reasons. I think it’s not reasonable since a society brings itself to a standstill. And that is the main problem of the historical evolution of the communities and nations.

For a person, the level of rationality of his lifeworld is just a simple fact of life as we can’t choose where and where to be born. And this fact is given to us to fulfill ourselves because we have only one chance to live here and now. It goes by while you’re reading this text.

Currently, I think that part of my mission in this life is to help people to be rational in those spheres where they could only imagine themselves, relying upon feel, traditions and god pieces of advice from the specialists.
